== School philosophy ==
The Indus World School was established by IIT and IIM alumni R. Satya Narayanan, Gautam Puri, abhay sharma (thapak) gwalior(10 in clat 2015 ), Sujit Bhattacharyya, R. Srinivasan, D. Vijay Kumar and Shiv Kumar who wished to create "a place of learning with a difference".
The aim of this school, according to Satya Narayanan R, founder and chairman of Career Launcher India Limited, is that students must love to come to school and that school must connect to the natural careers of the child by making the child realize his/her natural potential during the school years. Satya Narayanan argued that, "Students go for tuitions because they do not get proper coaching at their schools/colleges. Our school will, therefore, restrict students from taking tuition and if a student underperforms or is not satisfied with the teaching procedure, the parents can question the school teachers themselves."
